HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 28 days from receiving your order.

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Only items purchased directly from https:// linglingerie.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

HOSIERY: If you receive a faulty item that needs to be returned due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace or refund as per your instructions. Please return it to us within 28 days of placing your order. However, once the item has been removed from the packaging, or seal broken, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or replace unless it is defective (as it is classed as an 'intimate item'). If you simply change your mind, and the product is not faulty, you can still return it to us for a full refund (less postage costs) within 28 days of ordering, provided it is unopened, unworn, and returned in its original packaging and original condition.

LINGERIE: We offer a refund on all our lingerie, if you are not completely happy, within 28 days (less postage costs), providing that the items are unworn and the product and packaging are in perfect condition (with all tags still attached). We are unable to refund lingerie unless it is received at the address below within 28 days of purchase. Please try lingerie on over the top of your own lingerie in order to assess suitability.

NOTES:Any complimentary items sent as part of your order must also be returned. If any complimentary items are not returned (e.g. complimentary stockings with suspender belts), then these will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

Returns made without receipt may be refused. We reserves the right to deny any return.

Colours shown on the website are close approximations to the actual product colours. Each computer monitor will display colours slightly differently. Therefore, it is best to check you are happy with the colour of your hosiery, when it arrives, by looking through the 'window' on the rear of the packaging. That way, if you are not happy, you can simply return them. However, once they are opened, it is not possible to refund any hosiery for hygiene reasons as they are classified as an 'intimate item'.

Simply post your returns to the address at the bottom of this page, quoting your order number. Please obtain proof of postage for your security (Linglingerie is not responsible for returned items lost in the mailing process). Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the costs of returns. We endeavour to process all returns within seven days. Special orders are, unfortunately, non returnable for a refund.

To avoid customs charges when sending from abroad please clearly label the parcel with a customs declaration, stating “Returned Goods NCV (No Commercial Value)”. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any customs fees associated with returns.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items we deem to have been worn or damaged. If you wish to cancel an order prior to us despatching it to you, you are welcome to do so, but we reserve the right to withhold your credit card company fees from the refunded amount, if they, in turn, do not refund the fees to Linglingerie. Similarly, any refunds for returned items that do not have manufacturing faults will be less the cost of postage and credit card processing fees charged to us.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

Processing returns may take up to 7 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:

Contact the PayPal/bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
